A new Schnucks store will be coming to Creve Coeur in the upcoming Olia Village mixed use development. Customers of this store in nearby St. Ann may be interested in patronizing this new store.
The store will be approximately 68,000 square feet in size, replacing its current store in Creve Coeur on Olive Boulevard. Such sites can turn to banner printing to inform residents of new stores and their enhanced amenities and offerings.
Once the store has been built, those working in the current store will transfer to the new store. Schnucks also expects that it will need to hire additional employees to staff this larger store.
Todd Schnuck, CEO and chairman of Schnucks, said that after serving those in Creve Coeur and neighboring communities for almost 60 years, his company is excited to improve people’s lives with a new state-of-the-art store. He said that the store will offer a more efficient and modern shopping experience and will offer more amenities and options for customers than the current premises is capable of.
The current store spans 35,000 square feet and opened in 1967, and is one of the smallest and oldest stores operated by Schnucks. There is another Schnucks store also on Olive Boulevard in Bellerive Plaza, which opened in 1976.
The opening date of the store is still to be determined.
