Papa’s Cat Cafe has made arrangements to host a special afternoon that will be reserved for those who are autistic or have other issues that can affect how they process sensory information. The environment will be calm and relaxed with lowered levels of sound, and spaces can be reserved ahead of time.
This sensory-friendly session is open to people of any age, and the fee to reserve a spot includes one specialty beverage. A portion of the monies raised will be shared with the Thompson Center for Autism and Neurodevelopmental Disorders.
With lots of cats on hand to interact and cuddle with, those who are interested in this opportunity are encouraged to reserve their space, although walk-ins will be welcome provided space is available.
