Columbia online event to help beat seasonal stress

This past year has been a hectic one for many, but a Columbia studio will be hosting a morning that may offer a respite from the stress.

Alley Cat Yoga has invited both novices and seasoned practitioners alike to be included in its live online restorative retreat. It has been planned so that the participants can relax and calm both their mind and body, and the instruction will be supplied by Jan Wheeler and Susan Mathis.

The session will begin with some gentle movements, and this will then be followed by a range of yoga poses that often prove to be restorative to the body and spirit. The planners explained that it is suitable for all those who are seeking deep relaxation, and they will be able to utilize cushions and other props found in their own home.

While the class may be a virtual one, it will be held live, and everyone is encouraged to come as they are. A flyer printing company can be consulted by the planners of this type of function, and will be able to supply them with a variety of materials they can utilize to promote it to the public.

Alley Cat Yoga will be offering this virtual retreat on December 12. Everyone is asked to be online when it starts at 9:00 am, and it will run until 12:00 noon.
