Columbia goes the whole hog with festival

Bacon and bourbon can be a winning combination, and this dynamic duo is set to take center stage for a Columbia celebration.

The 2023 MO Bacon and Bourbon Festival will soon be bringing the fun to the city, and it will be on offer at Bur Oak Brewing Company. It will provide three hours of food, fun, and music, and the food and tunes will be paired with drinks ranging from cocktails to locally brewed craft beer.

The function, which is a production of Missouri Pork, will run for three hours, and the guests will be treated to a chance to mingle with friends old and new, as well as unlimited samples of the food and beverages. Both general admission and designated driver tickets can be purchased, and passes for the occasion start at $20 each. Proceeds from the day will be donated to Mid-Missouri Honor Flight, which flies veterans to Washington DC so they can view its memorials.

A festival like this often calls for decor that is just as exciting as the event itself. This can be crafted by local banner printing companies, which will be able to prepare both single and multiuse styles.

This year's MO Bacon and Bourbon Festival will be welcoming ticketholders on Saturday, February 4th. Its doors will open at 3:00 pm.
