A Columbia event that will take aim at type one diabetes while offering an evening of fun for the whole family will soon be hosted by the Longboat Brewing company, and everyone is welcome to come out and enjoy the festivities.
The evening’s activities, which will be held on the lawn of the company, will include live music courtesy of Loaded Chamber. There will also be an assortment of games to play, and the hungry guests in the crowd will be able to enjoy the provided food and drinks. Both a raffle and silent auction have also been planned, and the proceeds from the sale of tickets or the function will be donated to the JDRF. This is one of the leading organizations in the world that is focused on research into type one diabetes.
