An event that will showcase Columbia’s creative side is just around the corner, and this family-themed activity will be making Cosmo Park the Place to be for local kids and parents alike.
The organizers of the occasion have dubbed it “Creative Kids,” and this theme will be seen in the various activities included in the schedule for the evening. It’s being offered thanks to support from the Missouri Arts Council and the Columbia Office of Cultural Affairs, and there will be lots to see and do for everyone who attends the celebration.
Along with the usual entertainment, food, and other activities that are typically part of the community’s Family Fun Fests, there will be lots more going on. Kids can create a variety of art projects and there will also be live performances of dance, theatre, and music. Area vendors have been invited to get involved as well in what will be the final event in the series for this year.
The organizers of this initiative noted that they wished to thank their sponsors and other community partners for their continued support. The Logo Design of each of these companies has been included in the website and other marketing materials prepared for the program.
The last Columbia Family Fun Fest for 2020 will be held on September 16.
