Kids and adults alike are on the guestlist for a special event that will bring them up close and personal with some Arabian horses.
The Central States Arabian Horse Association has cordially invited the public to attend an activity that will feature some four-legged VIP guests. Scheduled for the Tractor Supply Co. at 4151 Paris Road in Columbia, it will welcome visitors for two hours.
Those who drop by will be able to meet an Arabian horse up close, and they will have the chance to pet and have their picture taken with it as well. There will be a display that provides details about the breed, as well as its history and what makes these horses special. There is no charge to participate, and everyone can ask questions to the staff members on hand.
Along with the chance to meet the horses, the public will be invited to enter their name in a prize draw. Their first 150 families to arrive will also receive a swag bag of Corporate Gifts to thank them for coming out.
This fun on four legs will be on offer in Columbia on Saturday, June 15, starting at 11:00 am. All ages are encouraged to stop by and make some new furry friends. The contact person for the activity is Michelle Werts, who can be reached at 573-424-4565.
