A hospital that helps kids fighting illness will be the charity of choice for a Columbia event next month.
The 3rd annual Princes Tea Party is just weeks away and will be raising money and awareness about St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. It will make everyone on the guest list feel like royalty, and it will run for two hours.
The activity will get started with check in, which will open 15 minutes ahead of the gathering’s official start time. Some special guests will take to the podium for the event’s program, which will explain the work St. Jude does and how the guests’ support will make a difference. A princess performance has also been planned, and this will be followed by an assortment of “royal” activities, all of which will be suitable for those aged eight and under.
A princess or other themed party can be a fun idea for a family-friendly fundraiser. Banner printing and other services for an event can be sourced from a Print shop in the local area.
This day that will see Columbia families enjoy a special morning while helping take aim at kids’ cancer will take place on Saturday, April 20. Its doors will open at 1300 Woodrail Avenue at 9:45 am. Tickets start at $30 can be purchased through Eventbrite.
