Interlaken Heritage Days will be making its return this June, and one of the activities on its agenda is set to welcome entries from the community.
The organizers of the Fairmont festival have announced that a parade is in the works for the occasion, and it will set out from the old Prairie Dog exhibit. The line-up for the activity will be held between the Armory and the Exhibit, and while a small fee will be applied to those that represent a business or other commercial entity, entries by not-for-profit organizations are free.
Those who would like to get involved have been asked to submit an application, and they will need to provide a brief description of their entry, as well as a message about it to be announced during the event. Horses or any other animal entries will be placed towards the end of the procession.
Choosing decor for a float or other parade entry can be made easier with assistance from a banner printing company. It can prepare many types of oversized custom materials that can help to grab the attention of the spectators as it passes by.
This year’s Interlaken Heritage Days parade will bring the fun to Fairmont on June 10. Anyone who would like to submit an entry request can find the application form for this on the Interlaken Heritage Days website.
