An NetLogo Training Course is coming up in Edina this December.
The training will last for two days, and will focus primarily on the basic installation, setup, and maneuvering of the program.
The course is divided into eight sections, each of which aims to provide framework to the lesson and give learners a comprehensive understanding of the purpose of the simulations, and how they may be optimized for business use, or for long-term studies.
Agent-based modelling (ABM) is a newfound technique in which the models of complex behaviors among animals and humans can be observed through simulations. NetLogo is a programmable modeling environment able to support multiple agents. It has found use among teachers, students, and researchers worldwide. Through this training course, beginners will have the chance to learn how to employ this in their personal studies.
The price for booking at this event will be $5,850 per individual. For those looking to go as a group, paired bookings will be $400 off, while up to four will see over $600 off. Booking information is available on the event listing.
