This will be the 12th annual edition of the charitable event, which includes classic gala elements like food, drink and live entertainment. Guests can also take part in games and a silent auction for items donated from local businesses. Past editions of the Gala have included a VIP reception at the start of the night, and musical performances by Edina high school students.
The Give to Grow Gala is the biggest annual fundraiser for the Edina Give and Go organization. Give and Go provides scholarships for academic, arts, music and sports programs for public school students in Edina to pursue their passions. The organization describes their vision as:
“Equitable access to the out-of-school enrichment activities in our community for all Edina Public Schools students so they can develop new skills, discover their passion, connect with their peers, and succeed in and out of school.”
Other community organizations will also be contributing to the event, including Edina Public Schools and the Edina Girls Athletic Association. Galas and other charitable events typically recognize community partners through banner printing and stage presentations.
The 2026 Give to Grow Gala will take place at Pinstripes restaurant in Edina on April 17.
