Celebrating the music of one of the most famous performers of all time, André Venter will star in You Know the Songs at the Chanhassen Dinner Theaters next month.
Venter is a recording star from South Africa. With a band including horns, strings and background singers, he will perform beloved Barry Manilow songs including “Mandy,” “American Bandstand,” “Could it be Magic,” “Copacabana,” and “It’s a Miracle.”
Aside from his singing, Venter was a South African rugby union football player who earned fame for his 66 caps in the 1990s into the early 2000s. He was part of the South African squad that finished third in the 1999 Rugby World Cup.
The event will be performed before a live audience in a socially distanced setting. For those preferring to watch an on-demand video, tickets are available to do so at $20 for single access, or $40 for a family of four.
Promoting events is done in many ways. In any method used, graphic design is typically required. Local printing services have designers on staff to help with any graphic projects needed.
