The ever-popular Magic of Night Trains will end its season next month. Limited tickets are available for the attraction taking place at the Twin City Model Railroad Museum, which is a short drive from Chanhassen.
The collection of model trains in the museum venue offers a display of all scales as well as vintage sets. At the beginning of the event, the lights will be turned down and the streetlights as well as the building will light up in a warm glow to set the scene.
Vintage passenger trains are lit in the magical town of Matlin, which is buried in a frightful blizzard. The museum has miniature lights and décor throughout to add to the fun of make believe.
Posters are often used to help with presenting information about displays. Poster printing is typically done by local Print shops in full color depicting interesting features of a display or area. They can be placed on walls, windows, or set up on easels.
The Magic of Night Trains will continue to feature the Christmas holiday season through January 23. After that date, the setting will be of a winter scene through February 27.
The event takes place every Saturday from 3:00 to 7:00 pm. Tickets are sold in two-hour blocks. The price is $15.00 per person while kids under four years of age are free.
