The Chanhassen Dinner Theaters will present “We Can Be Heroes - The David Bowie Tribute” featuring Julius Collins. The concert celebrates the irrefutable success of David Bowie and his contributions to the music industry.
The production captures Bowie’s teenage dream to write musicals. Through 50 years, Bowie had an immeasurable impact on the music industry and created an everlasting culture in his own style. With 60 albums and 25 movies, the appeal lives on, despite him passing away in 2016.
Julius Collins shares his vocal talent in “We Can Be Heroes”, a show that features the greatest hits of David Bowie including “Young Americans,” “Starman,” and “Let’s Dance.” Ryan Smith from Soul Asylum will display his talent on the guitar and Steve Jennings will rock out the drums. Katie Gearty and Rachel Holder-Hennig will lend their vocals in the background.
