Chanhassen brings chairs and yoga together

The new 2020 session of Chanhassen Chair Yoga will kick off in February. The event consists of seasoned yoga participants, along with beginners, who are encouraged to attend with an open mind for full benefit.

The eight-week yoga class starts off with a welcoming class for attendees to experience guided relaxation as they learn to nurture themselves. Specialized yoga breathing techniques will follow the introductory session and will include flowing and gentle ranging motions. A period of meditation led by the yoga instructor will conclude this part of the initial program.
