When Chanhassen celebrates, it really knows how to throw a party, and the City of Chanhassen is planning to acknowledge the 4th of July with its 39th annual celebration.
This will run for three days in two locations – Lake Ann Park and City Center Park. More than 70,000 people attend the festival, where they can enjoy a parade, kids’ activities, a street dance, a carnival, food vendors from throughout the local area, and more.
Parade organizers stress that the goal of the parade is to create a family-oriented, fun event that celebrates the United States and its history, particularly public servants, the military, medical personnel and others who help those in need in the community. Everyone is welcome to participate.
The festival also offers an opportunity for businesses to reach out and build their brands. The Business Expo takes place on the second day and is famous throughout Minnesota. The expo gives businesses a chance to set up booths and introduce their businesses, products, and services to everyone attending the festival.
The parade takes place on the last day of the event, ensuring a great conclusion to a fantastic party. Organizers of this sort of event can use banner printing to create suitable decorations that are sturdy enough for outdoor use.
The festival begins July 2, and the Business Expo takes place July 3, from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm at City Center Park. The parade is set for July 4, from 2:30 pm until 4:00 pm.
