The Burnsville Garden and Landscape Contest will soon start taking nominations, and this will continue until the end of June.
The contest is presented by the Burnsville Convention and Visitors Bureau and is open to both individuals and businesses. There are three categories for which nominations can be given: Single Family Dwelling; Association, Complex or Neighborhood; and Business. The garden must be visible from the street and should be creatively and impressively designed. Nominations must include a color photograph and give a reason why it should win.
The winner in each category will win a $100 gift card to a local garden center, second place will receive a $50 restaurant gift card and third place will get four tickets to the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum. A panel of judges will choose the winners who will be notified by telephone.
Burnsville Stationery printers might sometimes be asked to help publicize community events or contests such as this one. They can provide Flyers, Posters, Signs, and any other kind of printed marketing materials.
Nominations for the Burnsville Garden and Landscape Contest will be accepted from June 1 to June 30. Forms can either be printed out online or obtained from several locations including Burnsville Convention and Visitors Bureau and Burnsville City Hall.
