Pet portrait painting workshop planned near Burnsville

Proud pet parents who would like to have a portrait of their cat, dog, or other furry or feathery friend may want to check out an event on offer at a brewery located near Burnsville.

Even if they have never picked up a brush, the participants in the workshop will still be able to paint a detailed pet portrait. They are asked to submit a photo they would like to see converted into a painting at least five days before the session, as this will give the staff at Gray Duck Art a chance to turn it into a canvas with an easy-to-follow paint by numbers pattern.

The event will run throughout the afternoon, and since the group will be working with paint, it is suggested that they wear clothing appropriate to the task at hand. All of the supplies needed will be provided, and the canvas size is 12 by 16 inches.

When choosing a picture to submit, the planners have requested that the participants select one of high quality, as this will give the best results. A full description of the requirements can be included in the items created by a brochure printing company to promote an event like this.

Those who register for this class will be picking up their paint brushes starting at 2:00 pm on January 20. It will be held at Badger Hill Brewing in Shakopee.
