Minneapolis to have fun for the good of its health

The Healthy Life Expo is taking place for two days next month in Minneapolis, hosted by Media Max.

The expo will feature more than 200 exhibitors, and there will also be guest speakers, seminars, demonstrations, and entertainment. The first 100 people through the doors will receive a free goodie bag. Guests can also get their hands on a lot of freebies at the show, such as samples, massages, and health screenings. Experts will also be around to provide tips and health information.

There will be three stages featuring many different expert speakers and demonstrations of topics like cooking, martial arts, pilates, and feng shui. The exhibitors will be highlighting products and services such as mobility aids, food and beverages, financial planning, and personal coaches.

It all looks set to be a good place for those who have concerns about their health to talk to experts, and for everyone to learn how to live a healthier and longer life.

The expo will probably attract people from all over the area, including nearby Burnsville. The organizers have no doubt invested in services such as flyer and poster printing to advertise the event in the community.

The Healthy Life Expo will take place at the Minneapolis Convention Center from October 19 - 20 from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm each day. Tickets are $6, or attendance can be granted free for those who bring a non-perishable food item for the Food Shelf. For more information, call 952-258-1700.
