The Kids 'n Kinship dinner gala is taking place this September, and is a fundraising event for the provider of companionship and mentorship to children. The goal for this year is to raise $25,000.
The master of ceremonies for the event is James Backstrom. It will start off with a cocktail reception, and will go on to feature a silent auction, a wine cork pull, a craft beer pull, and portrait photography. Entertainment will be provided by Scott Kadrlik, also known as the ‘Second Funniest Accountant in America’. There will also be testimonials from people who have been helped by this organization.
Kids 'n Kinship has been offering help to children between the ages of 5 and 16 for 42 years. Its aim is to provide positive adult role models for all children.
Sponsorships are available for local companies, or those who will not be able to attend.
This event is bound to attract visitors from areas like nearby Burnsville to help the cause. Local Print companies might be asked to provide printed Flyers to help with the advertising.
The Kids 'n Kinship dinner gala will be held at Brackett's Crossing Country Club in Lakeville on September 21 from 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm. Tickets are $45 or $315 for a table of eight, while organizing committee members pay $22.50.
