Burnsville’s public works department puts in the hours all year to keep the community humming along, and it will be opening its doors to provide a sneak peek into its daily operations.
The trucks, tools, and other equipment, as well as the people who use them, will be the stars of the show during the Public Works Open House. It will be on offer at the Burnsville Maintenance Facility, and everyone is encouraged to participate.
The family-friendly event will give an insider’s view of the trucks that are used to keep the streets free of snow and ice, and other maintenance equipment will be on display as well. The community’s new sustainability dashboard will be on site as well. There will be a social game for the kids, with several vendors invited to participate. A number of food trucks will be parked on site so the crowd can purchase a bite to eat.
To thank everyone for coming out, there will be an assortment of Promotional Products distributed, including a prize for the kids who have a go at the game. Corporate Gifts and other items for a function can be custom-designed by a Print professional.
