As the start of another fiscal year approaches, residents of Burnsville can get the scoop on the city’s financial and civic forecast for the upcoming year, right from the city’s mayor herself.
Mayor Elizabeth Kautz has been booked to offer the keynote remarks at the community's yearly State of the City Address. It will give business leaders and other stakeholders a glimpse into what they can expect in 2020, and some insight into what is expected in the years beyond.
All community members are welcome to attend this free event, and light refreshments will be on offer to the crowd. A cash bar service will also be available, and after the address is over, the guests can spend some time mingling and socializing with one another.
This annual occasion will be presented thanks to support from the City of Burnsville, as well as the Burnsville Chamber of Commerce. To help make it as accessible as possible, it will also be broadcast live on the Burnsville Civic Channel.
