While the warm days of summer may feel far away, a Burnsville course is already preparing for an upcoming corporate golf outing.
The Burnsville Chamber of Commerce is getting ready for its Chamber Golf Classic, which will be an outing that combines networking with fun in the fresh air. The participants will play through 18 holes, and the function will be held at the newly renovated Brackett’s Crossing Country Club.
The day will open with a mid-morning check-in and lunch, and everyone can try their luck in the putting contest. This will be followed by a shotgun start, and once everyone has completed their play, they can retire to the clubhouse for drinks, dinner and the presentation of awards. Each registrant will receive the use of a cart, as well as lunch, dinner and tickets for the prize draws, and they may want to bring along Business Cards to exchange.
A golf mixer, aside from being fun, is always likely to see some business done out on the greens. Golf towels, balls, visors, and other Corporate Gifts will be available for many types of occasions at area Print shops.
This day of outdoor leisure will be held, rain or shine, on Monday, June 5. The registration desk is set to begin accepting check-ins as of 10:30 am.
