This October, Burnsville ballet fans will be treated to a live performance that will have a theme that fits in with the Halloween season.
The Twin Cities Ballet of Minnesota (TCB) company will be welcoming its patrons and the general public back with an in person performance of “Dracula.” Tickets for two different dates will be made available soon, and the performances will take place in the Names Center.
This will be the premier show for this contemporary ballet, and both the score and story adaptation have been crafted by a Minnesota composer. It was noted that inspiration for he work came from the original Dracula novel by Bram Stoker, and the evening will feature a mixed repertory. This will be the first in what the organizers hope will be a successful year for the company, which had to adjust its schedule due to the pandemic.
