Burnsville awaits return of fall community celebration

Each year, Burnsville event celebrates everything that makes the community special, and this September, the festivities will be back once again.

Affectionately known as “The Burnsville Fire Muster,” this seasonal celebration will bring together local entertainers as well as attractions, first responder demonstrations and other fun, and the various activities will be held at locations throughout the city. The function will run for four days.

The Heart of the City race is one of the items on the schedule for the festival, and it will be joined by a fire truck parade which will also feature community service groups and local businesses. A fireworks show will take place, and a vendor fair will give small business time in the spotlight. Food trucks will be strutting their stuff. Any non-neurotypical people in the crowd, along with anyone else who can use a break from the excitement, will be able to enjoy some quiet in the sensory-friendly area.
