After a long Burnsville winter, it will soon be time for the community to spring into a new season by attending an upcoming craft fair.
The Spring Festival of crafts and other handmade items will be held this April in Canterbury Park in Shakopee, and everyone, from kids to seniors, is invited to join the fun. Parking will be free, and it will be open for three days. It is being produced by Hoffman Productions, Inc., and makers from more than 30 states will be showcased.
To help make the function a success, the organizers have made it a juried event, and no commercial sellers will be participating. The shoppers will be able to browse for as long as they wish, and strollers, wheelchairs, rollators, and other mobility devices, as well as service animals are welcome. There may also be entertainers on site for the enjoyment of the crowd, and it was noted that Sunshine Artist Magazine has included the craft fair in its list of its top 100 shows.
Events that bring a variety of makers together under one roof may be popular, and a banner printing company can help to make them even more memorable. They can prepare festive decor as well as a variety of other materials that aid in creating successful affairs.
The Spring Festival craft fair will be getting the season off to a rolling start on April 1, 2, and 3 at Canterbury Park in Shakopee. More information about its hours and other details can be found on its website.
