Burnsville home horticulturalists are reminded that an upcoming event is on the way, which may help them to take their garden to the next level.
The 2024 Dakota County Master Gardener Spring Expo is on the way for this February, and it will be on offer at the Rosemount Community Center. It will be a day filled with both learning and hands-on activities, and the attendees will be able to meet and get to know their fellow green thumbs. This expo will be held just in time for the upcoming planting season.
The participants are invited to choose which classes they wish to attend, and the topics range from backyard bugs to native plants, seed starting, and container gardening. Box lunches will be served at noon, and door prize draws will take place. There will be silent auction baskets to bid on, and the keynote speaker will address the group in the afternoon.
