A trip to the zoo can be fun for the whole family, but sometimes, Burnsville adults need some time on their own. To help make this happen, the Minnesota Zoo will be hosting an adults only evening that will be dedicated to grown-up fun.
Those who take part in the facility’s Adult Night Out will be able to visit with the animals, stroll along the Tropics Trail, spend time in Discovery Bay, and take part in Animal Encounters. There will also be keeper talks and wine and cocktails to enjoy. The whole event will be free of children, and both beverages and food will be available for anyone who wishes to purchase them.
Those who come to the zoo for the event are invited to stay afterwards and listen to the zoo’s latest installment of its Our World Speaker Series, which will discuss sea turtle conservation efforts in Antigua and the Caribbean. Anyone who is interested in taking part in this portion of the evening is asked to register ahead of time. Both of these functions will take place on January 21st at the Minnesota Zoo. Tickets can be purchased at a price of $10 each, and there is no charge to attend the sea turtle presentation.
