Children and families that are facing a tough time ahead due to medical reasons will be able to attend a special event thanks, in part, to an upcoming South Portland area celebration.
MAC Air Group will be welcoming ticket holders for the return of its Maine Suitcase Party, which will raise funds for Camp Sunshine. The festivities will be held in a private hangar operated by MAC at Portland International Jetport, and it promises to be a fun time for all.
The guests at the function will be invited to enjoy a selection of small bites as well as dancing, cocktails and entertainment, and when they arrive, they will be welcome to walk the red carpet. The grand prize this year will be a trip to Miami in a private jet to catch a pro-football game as well as accommodations and a Visa gift card and other prizes will be drawn for too.
The organizers of the evening explained that so far, this annual event has been able to raise almost $700,000. A printer’s graphic design team will be able to prepare themed decor as well as VIP invites, volunteer uniforms and other items for this sort of occasion.
The 2021 Maine Suitcase Party will be bringing lots of high flying fun to the community on September 17th. Tickets for the festivities start at $100.00 each.
