Those who take a seat for a South Portland area class will be able to make macarons in the comfort of their own kitchen, for a fraction of the price of buying one in a store or bakery.
Bravo Maine is offering a macaron-making class, teaching both traditional and modern methods for preparing these confections. It will be a hands-on learning experience, and the students will get to take home a box to enjoy.
