A local event is rounding out the month of April with a celebration of nature.
Towson Gardens Day is an event which takes place annually a few days prior to the Towsontown Spring Festival. It features music from a number of live performers and an early introduction to vendors that will be attending the later event. Guests will be able to enjoy an afternoon of entertainment, socializing with their community, food, and shopping. The event is put together by the city’s Chamber of Commerce.
The vendors will include local restaurants, artisan crafters, organizations, and stores. Attendees can meet and speak to the people behind the brands and groups present while exploring what they have to offer. With many of the vendors also attending the festival, Gardens Day is an opportunity to plan ahead for any spending, or to buy items if someone isn’t able to attend the following event.
Attending Towson Gardens Day is free. Information on specific vendors is available through the Towsontown Spring Festival website. The venue will be outside the Towson Historic Courthouse. Many artists and companies that attend events like this will have Business Cards printed as a way to network with each other and provide guests with a way to find them again afterwards.
