Towson Chamber of Commerce will be holding its 61st Annual Golf Tournament in late June.
A light breakfast will begin at 9:00 am and the shotgun start using a best ball format will be at 9:00 am.
There will be plenty of prizes and competitions throughout the day including a putting contest, closest to the pin, longest drive, 50-50 raffle, and hole-in-one.
While on the course, golfers may enjoy a cookout lunch and drinks.
Registration for individuals will be $174, and foursomes will cost $650. Lunch guest fees will be $30. Mulligans (free shots), 50/50 raffle tickets, power ball will be available for $10 each. A $50 value package will include two raffle tickets, two mulligans, power ball and admission to the putting contest.
Some sponsorships begin at $150 for course signage, Chick-Fil-A at $750, Corporate at $1200, Liquor & Gazebo at $1750, Lunch at $2500, and Title at $4000. Other sponsorships will be Gift Basket ($125), Driving Range ($200), Corn Hole Tournament ($250), Cigar ($300), Lunch bag co-sponsor and Beverage Stop ($750 each) and Putting Contest ($250).
Golfers who win tournaments like this often have pictures taken of them at the awards ceremony. They take the pictures to local Print shops and get duplicates for family newsletters, their offices at work and home dens.
The 61st Annual Towson Chamber Golf Tournament will be Monday, June 23rd at the Country Club of Maryland, 1101 Stevenson Lane, Baltimore from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
