Jessup Chamber to host womens leadership conference

The Howard County Chamber of Commerce is hosting its 12th Annual Women’s Leadership Conference this spring.

The one-day conference will include networking opportunities, workshops and speaker sessions. Conference attendees often use business card printing services to prepare for networking sessions. The organizers hope to create a high-energy, fun environment where women at all stages of their careers can learn and connect.

Breakfast and lunch will be served, and there will be two dedicated timeslots for networking and visiting the exhibitors' hall, in addition to a speed networking session. Attendees can participate in a morning mindfulness activity and hear from keynote speaker Col. Yolanda Gore, who will discuss her experience rising through the ranks during her military career. Morning and afternoon breakout session speakers will cover topics like confidence, fulfillment, adopting a curious mindset as a leader, and adapting to AI in the workforce. The full schedule is available online.

Registration is open on the Chamber’s website now. Tickets are $225 for Chamber members and $250 for non-members through March 27. Prices increase to $275 for members and $300 for non-members after this date. The Howard County Chamber’s members include professionals and business owners from Jessup and other towns in the area.

The Howard County Chamber’s Women’s Leadership Conference will take place on Friday, April 24 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, at Maryland Live! Event Center.
