SAL Detachment to hold Crab and Fun night

The Sons of the American Legion Detachment - Squadron 40 will very soon be hosting a special Friday Night Dinner for anyone that wants to come. There will be food, music and dancing, and of course lots of opportunities to catch up with old friends.

The Crab and Fun night will consist of a dinner (with Maryland crab balls, corn on the cob, fried chicken, salad, desert, and drinks on the menu) while listening to music, followed by karaoke. The building also has entertainment machines for those who are interested.

People of all ages are invited, which means guests can take the whole family along if they like. Some families or organizations may want to contract with a Print company for banner printing to hoist over their table.

To make it easier for folks traveling from Baltimore, the Post has arranged free bus transportation from two as yet to be determined locations in the city. Those interested in this need to contact the Post for the exact location once finalized.

The fun filled evening will be held Friday, August 28 at the American Legion Post 40 building 500 5th Avenue SE Glen Burnie, running from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Buses will start at 5:30 pm and run till approximately 10:30 pm. The cost for one person will be $20.
