Glen Burnie to ring in the New Year in style

Once again, La Fontaine Bleue will be hosting a New Year’s Eve party for Glen Burnie locals.

The event menu will be heavy with Maryland specialties from the Chesapeake Bay, such as fresh seafood.

The celebration will consist of food, fun and entertainment. The deluxe buffet will feature local catches such as jumbo shrimp, steamed shrimp, and baked white fish. For meat lovers, there will be carved Angus beef or roast chicken. For those that want it, there will also be a classic Caesar salad to whet the appetite. The buffet will also have an assortment of desserts and beverages, such as soft drinks, coffee, or tea.

A package deal will also include party hats, noisemakers, and a continental breakfast starting at 1:00 am. The breakfast will consist of bacon, eggs, waffles, and coffee or tea. The evening will also feature music and dancing and, of course, a countdown to midnight. The New Year’s Eve special will be offered on December 31, running from 8:00 pm until 2:00 am, at La Fontaine Bleue Fine Catering & Bakery, 7514 Ritchie Highway, Glen Burnie. The cost will be $85 per person for people in groups of 10 and $90 for those sitting at partial tables.
