Glen Burnie to club together for the arts

Glen Burnie golfers can support the arts and enjoy a spring round of golf at the upcoming Chesapeake Arts Center 9th Annual Chip in for the Arts golf outing coming in mid-April.

Registration will be $150 for individual golfers, $600 for foursomes and will include breakfast, lunch, golf, and award ceremony. Food will be catered by Bella Napoli Italian Restaurant.

Proceeds will go to the Chesapeake Arts Center’s outreach programs. These programs provide funds for after-school programs, arts education classes, and workshops.

Sponsorships begin at the Tee Sponsor level ($100). This includes recognition in the event program and on a tee sign. Birdie sponsors ($600) include recognition on tee Signs, in the program, and during the award’s ceremony. Other sponsors at this level can opt for beverage cart, putting green, longest, straight drives, and breakfast recognition. Hole-in-one sponsorships are $700 each.

The premier Anniversary sponsor is the most expensive level at $5,000. This level of sponsor needs to get its Logo Design to the event organizers before the welcome banner printing gets done and complimentary towels get embossed. At this level, the sponsor’s name also gets included in all event signage, program recognition, social media marketing, and on a tee sign. It also includes two foursomes.

The 9th Annual Chip in for the Arts will be played Wednesday, April 13 from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm at the Compass Pointe Golf Course, 9010 Fort Smallwood Road, Pasadena.
