Glen Burnie will be celebrating spring with a St. Patrick's Day feast in mid-March and an Easter Egg Hunt in mid-April.
Orchard Beach Volunteer Fire Department's 6th Annual St. Patrick's Day Bull & Shrimp Feast will have plenty of shrimp, dancing, music, basket and cash raffles, and drinks.
The Cocktail Hour will begin at 5:30 pm with a shrimp dinner being served at 6:30 pm. The dinner, along with fried and steamed shrimp, will include pit beef, ham, turkey, green beans and mashed potatoes.
Wine and beer will be included, and mixed drinks will be available for purchase.
The 6th Annual St. Patrick's Day Bull & Shrimp Feast will take place March 15th from 5:30 pm to 11:00 pm at 7549 Solley Road. Tickets are $50 each.
Orchard Beach Volunteer Fire Department will also present its annual Easter Egg Hunt as Glen Burnie's April event.
One-to-three-year-olds will hunt at 11:45 am followed by the four-to-seven-year-olds at 1:00 pm. The eight-year-old and older kids will have to wait until 2:15 pm for their hunt.
Guests are also invited to peruse Easter-themed items for purchase from local vendors.
The Easter Egg Hunt will take place Saturday, April 19th from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm at 7549 Solley Road, Solley Road. Tickets are free and can be purchased on the event's website.
