Glen Burnie enjoys Halloween 2025

Glen Burnie will have a festival and dog show options toward the end of October, and a Spooky Kiddie Car-naval on Halloween.

Glen Burnie canine lovers are invited to attend Maryland's Biggest Halloween Edition Dog Show. Dogs may be entered in more than 75 categories and there will be costume contests for kids, adults, and dogs.

Maryland's Biggest Halloween Edition Dog Show will take place Saturday, October 25 from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm at Freetown Community Park Bball, 7817 Freetown Road. Admission will be free.

Meanwhile, over in Barlowe Field there will be the Olde Mill Fall Festival with hayrides, kids' activities, raffles, a costume contest for the little ones, and baked goods for purchase. Along with merchandise from local vendors there will be farm fresh apples and pumpkins for sale.

The Fall Festival will run from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm at 490 Chalet Drive.

On Friday, October 31, local ghosts and goblins are invited to attend the Spooky Kiddie Car-naval with interactive car displays, candy trunk stations, face painting, a prize wheel, swag Bags, dancing, and a raffle. Children may enter a costume contest, and every costumed person will receive surprises. Admission will be $9 for adults and free for children.

The Spooky Kiddie Car-naval will take place from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at 6302 Ritchie Highway.

Parents often take pictures of their families in costume at events such as these and have local Stationery printers put the photos on custom Halloween cards.
