Power Plant Live will hold the “world’s largest wing and chicken festival” in early November.
This Baltimore Wing & Chicken Festival will occupy a whole city block. The venue will accommodate more than 20 wing and chicken vendors and over 10 mac and cheese suppliers.
Other activities will include an axe throwing expo, French fry and hot wings eating contests for prizes and trophies, craft beer and bloody Mary bars, and a beer garden.
Glen Burnie guests can enjoy carnival games, bounce houses, face painting, and other family activities, along with a Baggo tournament and tailgating games for the older crowd. The venue will also offer live entertainment and plenty of merchandise vendors.
A Baltimore’s Best Wing Awards ceremony will crown the vendors of the best mild wings, unique wings, sweet/BBQ, and best tasting hot wings.
General admission from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm will be $12.99 and includes one drink voucher. Premium tickets are $24.99 and include general admission, six chicken bucks (which are the festival food currency), plus one drink voucher.
