Glen Burnie small business owners, or those who are interested in becoming one, will be interested in attending The Biz Knows 2016 Maryland Business & Community Expo coming at the end of this month.
Attendees will be able to get information, conduct some networking, and find out about and buy products and services from many of the 5,000 businesses in the Baltimore area that have been invited to participate. Organizers are expecting several hundred attendees.
Workshops with topics specifically related to good business practices, such as ‘How to Use Instagram to Market your Business’, will be presented. This will give guests a chance to not only get information about various business concerns and ideas, but also an opportunity to ask questions to experts. Exhibitors will be showing, demonstrating, and selling their goods and services. Businesses such as printing companies may want to participate as exhibitors.
This event will offer an opportunity to network with other small business owners in and around Baltimore. Afterwards, a Post Expo Cocktail Reception will be held, offering another networking opportunity.
This event will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn Baltimore/White Marsh, 1550 Campbell Boulevard, Baltimore on Thursday, June 30 from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm. The workshops will run from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, with the exhibits starting at 10:00 am and going until 2:00 pm. The cocktail reception will follow.
