The top fastest growing private companies make it to the Fast 50 list. A formula is used to calculate revenue growth from 2015 to 2018 and the winners are selected and ranked from the resulting list. Withum, a Fast 50 partner and CPA firm, and the research department of the BBJ analyze the numbers and look only at firms with headquarters in Massachusetts and minimum revenues of $500,000 in 2015 and $1 million in 2018.
Katie Bouton, Founder and CEO of Koya, said that it is a great honor to have made this list for the second consecutive year. She added that the company’s growth can be attributed to its commitment to its mission and beliefs about placing the right person in the most suitable position can make a difference. Bouton added that the firm prides itself on its exceptional customer service and its focus on diversity.
Bouton said the firm has the ability to match talented individuals who fit seamlessly with the culture and mission of an organization.
