Lexie’s in Newburyport is now re-opened after almost a year’s hiatus.
Lexie’s is known for its milkshakes, burgers, and fries. It is part of a chain of restaurants with locations in Exeter, Dover, and Portsmouth, New Hampshire and a seasonal location in Newington, New Hampshire. It also has a food truck which is used for catering events and parties. Local Print shops can be hired to create Flyers and other printed materials to promote such services throughout a community.
Justin Lavoie, a native of Newburyport with a background in bartending, is now the manager of Lexie’s. Tucker Plimpton, executive chef, said that the menu will feature their signature burgers, beef burgers, vegan burgers, and chicken burgers. Among the signature burgers are The Lexie, with grilled onions, lettuce, pickle, cheddar cheese, and hush sauce and the Green Goblin with avocado, bacon, and cheddar cheese. Guests can build their own beef, chicken, and vegan burgers. Lexie’s also offers fish tacos, hot dogs, and grilled cheese and five flavors of milkshakes.
Currently, Lexie’s is opened from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 on Saturday for pick-up orders only. Orders can be placed online or called in. K.C.
