Overland Park expo planned for holiday decor community
While the winter holiday season may be months away, an Overland Park event will be helping both professional decorators and the general public release their inner designer.
The Christmas Expo will be three days of shopping, learning, and sharing ideas. It will be a collaborative experience, and networking will be on the agenda.
Attendees at the expo will be able to take a seat in an assortment of workshops and other learning opportunities, and they will walk away with a personal toolkit of inspiration they can draw on when decorating a home, commercial space, or other public venue. Lighting installers and other subject matter experts will be on hand, and the vendor hall will be filled with tables and displays put up by a variety of businesses. Admissions to this portion of the activity is $15, but anyone wishing to be part of the learning sessions will need to register for the conference.
Along with the rest of the workshops, there is a roster of premium offerings that provide an even deeper dive. Handouts, bound texts, and other learning materials can all be prepared, along with promotional pens, by print shops for a conference expo or other large event.
This chance for both professional and amateur decorators to hit the ground running this coming winter holiday season will be held from July 18 to July 20 at the Overland Park Convention Center. More details, including the dates for the pre-show workshops, can be found on its website.
