Overland Park gets creative with cookies
Decorated sugar cookies can be a tasty way to celebrate, and the students in an Overland Park class will learn how to create these edible works of art.
The workshop, well suited to the beginner, may also be helpful to the experienced baker who just wants to pick up some new techniques. The cookies will have a football theme, and the session is suitable for those age 8 and up.
The instructor will teach who to use the materials provided to create custom treats, and the sugar cookies, sprinkles, icing and also a box will all be supplied. There will be time built into the schedule for questions, and tickets start at $49.87. There is also an option to order cookie kits to decorate at home. These can be purchased for $33.85 each, and instructions will be mailed upon request. It is recommended that they be used within one week of purchase.
When hosting a baking class or other culinary activity, planners may choose to distribute recipes to those who take part. These can be prepared by stationery printers along with other branded promotional products.
