Overland Park’s Chamber of Commerce provides its membership with a powerful, collective voice, and to help its newest members get their feet wet, it has organized an orientation session.
While the activity may be helpful to those new to the organization, it may also be useful to those who have recently joined a business or organization that has an existing membership. Registration is required, and requests to participate must be received by no later than February 26th.
The gathering, which is being sponsored by Solutions Digital Consulting, will take place at the Overland Park Chamber of Commerce’s offices, and it's free to request a seat. There will be Chamber staff to meet as well as information about making the most of the supports it has to offer, and everyone will have the opportunity to introduce themselves, should time allow. The function has been planned for the late afternoon, and it will run for one hour.
Mixers, meet and greets and other networking events are often organized by chambers of commerce and BIDs. Many attendees choose to bring along a stack of professionally crafted Business Cards so they can easily share their contact details when requested.
The Overland Park Chamber of Commerce will be holding this Member Orientation on February 26th. It will start at 4:00 pm at 9001 West 110th Street, and anyone who would like to sign up can find a registration link on its website.
