The Overland Park Convention Center will soon be rolling out the welcome mat for an activity that's been planned with area gearheads in mind.
The annual Kansas City Auto Show will be held at the Overland Park Convention Center, which is its new home for this year. It will be four days of fun, and it will give anyone in the area who is considering purchasing a new vehicle a chance to explore their options.
The activity will bring together hundreds of cars, SUVs ,trucks and other vehicles, and the ticket holders can climb inside, learn about their features and compare makes and models. There will be no pressure to buy, and the event may also be of interest to those who just appreciate seeing what’s new in the market. Admission starts at $15.00 for adults and $5.00 for kids for the ages of 8 to 12. Younger kids may enter free of charge. The whole family is welcome to attend, and free parking will be available on site.
