Two special egg hunts will be featured at the fourth annual Crown Point Easter Event for Families.
There will be a full day of activities, including both a morning and an afternoon egg hunt. 5000 marked empty eggs will be available in each hunt. Participants can trade in the eggs for prizes right away or wait for the second hunt where more eggs can be gathered and be redeemed for larger prizes.
The celebration will also feature other activities such as games, a bounce house, face painting, age-group coloring contests and balloon art.
There will be 24 dress-up mascot-type characters on hand to entertain and take photos with the youngsters, including the Easter Bunny as the star attraction.
For families who decide to stay for an extended time, there will be food and beverage concessions on site. Merchandise vendors have also been invited to participate. Vendors who set up for special events such as this often use area Print shops to create their Menus and other printed product information.
The Easter event will take place April 19, 2025 from 9:30 am to 3 pm at the Lake Country Fairgrounds at 899-857 Lake Street in Crown Point. The first egg hunt will be at 9:30 am and the second at 12:15 pm. Further information and advance tickets are available online.
