The fifth annual Beer, Bacon and Bourbon Fest is expected to attract as many as 50 purveyors of food and beverages to Crown Point next month.
Vendors such as these often look to printing companies to provide Graphic Design Services to professionally market their products.
Food and drink lovers will be greeted with a cold beer and a skewer of bacon to start the festival experience. They can then choose between many craft beer and bourbon tastings and enjoy bacon-inspired food offerings, including this year's feature, a traditional pig roast.
A distinctly American-made whiskey, bourbon is produced from a mash of grains that must include at least 51% corn. While neighbouring Kentucky is the leading producer of bourbon, there has been recent growth in the number of distilleries located in Indiana.
A $99 VIP festival ticket provides the most enthusiastic beer and bourbon fans with an early entrance time, and will include exclusive beverage tastings, a food voucher, a collector's cup, and cooler.
General admission tickets are $59 and include drink tastings and a collector's cup. Designated drivers can attend with a special $25 admission ticket.
Live music in the festival amphitheater will be provided by Indiana bands Dirt Born and Nawty.
The Beer, Bacon and Bourbon festival is Saturday, August 17, at Crown Point's Bulldog Park from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm. Gates open for VIPs at 5:00 pm.
