Crown Point area residents who are considering home renovations this year may want to check out an upcoming informative expo.
The Homebuilders Association of Northwest Indiana will present its Annual Home & Remodeling Expo next month.
Products and services for new and existing homes will be featured by a broad range of home improvement experts and their businesses. Displays will include information on swimming pools, outdoor living and landscaping projects, paint and decorating ideas, major renovation services and materials and even project finance lending options for owners wishing to undertake home improvements. In addition, some of the latest products for new builds will be showcased, including home safety and energy-saving solutions.
The builders’ association is based in Crown Point and represents about 150 trade members from across the state, including contractors, property managers, designers, manufacturers, building product retailers, and lenders. The not-for-profit group has a mission to promote aspirations of homeownership.
The Home & Remodeling Expo will be held on February 8, 2025 from 9 am to 5 pm and February 9, from 11 am to 3 pm at the Porter County Expo Center in nearby Valparaiso. Association members who participate in expositions such as this often have Business Cards available for interested attendees.
Expo admission fees are $5 for individuals and $10 for families. Fees will be reduced for those who donate a non-perishable item to the area food bank.
