Special needs seminar planned for Orland Park area

Orland Park families and professionals with an interest in autism spectrum disorders are invited to come to an event that will provide them with a wealth of information about the subject.

An assortment of experts in the field will be presenting the latest research into autism, as well as details about the different types of therapies that have been found to be useful in allowing children and adults with autism spectrum disorders (ASDs) to reach their full potential. There will also be opportunities for networking, question and answer sessions with the experts, and an array of vendors will have displays set up as well. Attendees will have an opportunity to browse through, and buy, a range of allergen-free food and cleaning products, as well as toys, details about fitness classes, and much more. A variety of Promotional Products can be produced by a printer for distribution to those who take part in an event like this.

The seminar has been organized by Family Time Magazine, and attending qualifies as credit for those pursuing their early intervention training.

The Autism and Special Needs Symposium will be held on November 12 from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm at Moraine Valley Community College in Palos Hills. Early bird tickets are $45 each, and are available until November 10.

All those who would like more information, or to purchase tickets, can do so through the seminar’s website.
